Course Description: Provides detailed coverage of how to perform ticket exchanges using the Sabre GDS... including background information about common ticket exchange scenarios and how to read fare rules and ticket information pertaining to an exchange... plus hands-on practice of the Sabre "Automated Exchanges" tool for carrying out various ticket exchange types.
